Investors purchase shares in the REIT and gain economic exposure to the cash flow and long-term value generated across the portfolio, supported by the experience and vertically integrated platform of Roers Companies.
Portfolio-Level Diversification
Roers Multifamily Income REIT, Inc. offers accredited investors a way to participate in a portfolio of primarily multifamily real estate investments through a single investment. Investors purchase shares in the REIT and gain economic exposure to the cash flow and long-term value generated across the portfolio, supported by the experience and vertically integrated platform of Roers Companies.
Targeted Quarterly Distributions
The REIT currently targets annualized distributions of 5%–6%, paid quarterly, subject to the REIT’s performance and Board authorization.
Ongoing Growth & Value Potential
As the portfolio grows and its underlying investments perform, stockholders may benefit from potential increases in net asset value. Cash generated through property operations or sales may be distributed to stockholders or reinvested to support continued portfolio growth, subject to the tax requirement that a real estate investment trust distribute annually at least 90% of its REIT taxable income.
Open-Ended Investment Structure
The REIT is designed to continue owning, operating and adding investments over time rather than relying on the performance and eventual sale of one individual property. Certain investors may be able to contribute eligible property or project interests to the REIT’s operating partnership in exchange for units in the operating partnership in transactions intended to qualify for tax deferral, subject to the transaction structure and individual tax considerations.

The Roers Preferred Fund is designed for accredited investors seeking an income-oriented investment option with a shorter-term maturity profile. With a minimum investment of $250,000, the Roers Preferred Fund offers a way to put capital to work through a fixed income structure tied to Roers Companies’ real estate activities, without requiring a long-term commitment to a single project.
Defined Investment Term
The Roers Preferred Fund provides a fixed income investment approach with a shorter term maturity profile and quarterly cash distributions, making it a potential complement to individual real estate project investments.
Targeted Income Potential
The Roers Preferred Fund targets a competitive 9% annual return, with return of capital contributions available upon request any time after a two-year holding period. As with any private investment, returns are not guaranteed and investors should review offering materials carefully.
Strategic Use of Funds
Investor capital helps strengthen the Roers Companies platform by supporting the operational and capital needs of Roers Companies and its affiliates. While funds are not necessarily allocated directly to specific projects, this flexible source of capital supports the broader business infrastructure that allows Roers Companies to move efficiently, respond to opportunities, and continue pursuing additional development projects over time.
