Compare Your Investment Options

Investing in multifamily real estate can be a part of building a healthy portfolio. Roers Companies offers two different methods so you can find what makes sense for you.

Discover opportunities that align with your goals.

Initial Investment & Construction

Investors contribute capital, and construction begins, typically lasting 18 – 24 months. During this time, investors earn a preferred return.

Project Completion & Early Returns

Once the project opens, investors benefit from depreciation advantages and receive initial distributions.

Ongoing Distributions & Growth

As the investment matures, investors receive quarterly distributions and may have the opportunity for cash-back refinancing.

Final Returns & Project Sale

When the project is sold, investors have the potential to realize significant returns, maximizing their investment over time.

Income-focused access to the Roers Companies platform.

The Roers Preferred Fund is designed for accredited investors seeking an income-oriented investment option with a shorter-term maturity profile. With a minimum investment of $250,000, Roers Preferred Fund offers a way to put capital to work through a fixed income structure tied to Roers Companies’ real estate activities, without requiring a long-term commitment to a single project.

Defined Investment Term

Roers Preferred Fund provides a fixed income investment approach with a shorter term maturity profile and quarterly cash distributions, making it a potential complement to individual real estate project investments.

Targeted Income Potential

Roers Preferred Fund targets a competitive 9% annual return, with return of capital contribution upon request any time after a two-year holding period.  As with any private investment, returns are not guaranteed and investors should review offering materials carefully.

Strategic Use of Funds

Investor capital helps strengthen the Roers Companies platform by supporting the operational and capital needs of Roers Companies and its affiliates. While funds are not necessarily allocated directly to specific projects, this flexible source of capital supports the broader business infrastructure that allows Roers to move efficiently, respond to opportunities, and continue pursuing additional development projects over time.

Roers Accreditation

What It Means to Be Accredited

An accredited investor is an individual or entity that meets specific income or net worth requirements established by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Accreditation allows investors to access private investment opportunities that are not registered with the SEC. To qualify, an individual must have earned at least $200,000 annually (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) for the past two years with the expectation of maintaining that income, or hold a net worth of over $1 million, excluding the value of a primary residence.
