Who We Partner With
Different Investors. Different Structures. One Experienced Real Estate Platform.
Roers Companies works with accredited investors, qualified purchasers, registered investment advisers and other professional partners seeking access to private real estate investment opportunities for themselves and clients. Whether investing personally, through an entity, with retirement assets or as part of a broader wealth strategy, investors can explore structures designed around different goals, timelines and eligibility requirements.
Investment Access Designed for Different Needs
Roers Companies offers several ways to participate in real estate, including individual multifamily projects, Roers Multifamily Income REIT, Inc., and income-oriented funds. Eligibility, investment minimums, ownership structures and terms vary by offering.
Accredited Investors
Individuals generally qualify with income over $200,000 (or $300,000 with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the past two years and the expectation of the same this year; a net worth over $1 million, excluding a primary residence; or certain professional licenses, such as the Series 7, 65 or 82. Entities may also qualify based on their assets, ownership, or organizational structure. Final eligibility is determined according to the applicable offering documents, and Roers Companies will verify accredited investor status before accepting any investment.
Accredited investors may include:
- Individuals or couples meeting applicable financial criteria
- Certain trusts
- LLCs and other qualifying entities
- Banks, insurance companies, and institutional investors
- Certain family offices and knowledgeable financial professionals
Qualified Purchasers
A qualified purchaser is a separate classification from an accredited investor. An individual generally qualifies by owning at least $5 million in investments, while certain entities and institutional investors may qualify under different standards. Not every accredited investor is a qualified purchaser. Offering eligibility is confirmed through the applicable subscription and verification process.
Registered Investment Advisers and Wealth Professionals
Roers Companies works alongside registered investment advisers and other wealth professionals whose clients are evaluating private real estate as part of a broader investment strategy. Our Investor Relations team can provide approved information to help advisers and their clients understand:
- Available investment structures
- Current opportunities
- Investment terms and timelines
- Distribution objectives and potential return drivers
- Portfolio and property strategies
- Offering documents and due-diligence materials
- Investor reporting and ongoing communications
Roers Companies does not provide investment, legal or tax advice and does not replace an investor’s own financial, legal or tax advisers. We welcome the opportunity to coordinate with an investor’s existing professional team as they evaluate an offering.

Self-Directed IRA or 401(k)
Use eligible retirement assets to invest in private real estate. Most Roers Companies investment opportunities accept investments through a self-directed IRA, solo 401(k) or another eligible retirement account, subject to the offering terms and approval of the investor’s custodian or plan administrator. Investments held through retirement accounts may generate unrelated business taxable income (UBTI) or be subject to other tax rules, and investors should consult their tax advisors regarding these considerations.
Already have a self-directed account? Our Investor Relations team can coordinate with you and your custodian during the subscription process.
