Investing with Roers Companies
We give accredited investors access to institutional-quality real estate projects, opening the door to opportunities often available only to large institutions. Every investment opportunity is designed and operated with investors in mind. We seek sites in high-growth areas with limited housing stock. With a close watch on local markets, strong industry relationships, and a robust evaluation and approval protocol, we believe our process refines and strengthens each opportunity offered to our investors for consideration.
Investment Considerations

Interest Rates
Control of construction and diversified financing solutions help protect margins in high-rate environments, though rising rates can still affect returns.

Absorption
Strategic suburban locations and proven lease-up performance strengthen occupancy reliability, but past lease-up performance does not guarantee future results.

Construction Timelines
Integrated oversight and a strong contractor pool are designed to support on-time, on-budget delivery, though delays and cost overruns may still occur.

What It Means to Be Accredited
An accredited investor is an individual or entity that meets specific income or net worth requirements established by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Accreditation allows investors to access private investment opportunities that are not registered with the SEC. To qualify, an individual must have earned at least $200,000 annually (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) for the past two years with the expectation of maintaining that income, or hold a net worth of over $1 million, excluding the value of a primary residence.
